Potluck dinner at Jean Gordon’s home 2510 Hidden Valley Drive.

Drinks and bread provided. Bring a dish to share. The program will be a report from Jon Mourot about his meeting Friday in the White House with small groups of Obama advisers.  One of his subjects will be WAND's issues.

Toni Maloney from Business Council for Peace. Lecture at Clinton School for Public Service. This organization works with entrepreneurs in conflict countries to create significant employment and to expand the economic power of women. Also at the program, Masooda, an entrepreneur fromAfghanistan, will discuss the Dosti soccer ball project.

David Cortright, Director of Policy Studies at the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame.

He will be speaking on the conflict in Afghanistanand his book “Ending Obama’s War Responsible Military Withdrawal from Afghanistan”
