“Women Call for Peace: Global Vistas” WAND event at UALR

Former Arkansas first lady and guest of honor Betty Bumpers spoke about the Institute of Peace, which will open in September in Washington, DC. One of the rooms will be dedicated to Peace Links, founded by Betty Bumpers.
